for its quality management systems in the area of dental

"Q: What did you have for your treatment? What did you do here?
A: I had quite a lot done. I had the longest fear of dental problems. And since coming here I had an initial consultation. Then I had a root canal re-done that was quite infected. I also had 3 crowns done. I had 4 teeth pulled. I had 3 dental implants put in. I also had a bonegrafting done. I’ve also had deep root cleaning as well. And now I’m just about finished.
It started in October. I had a couple of appointments in October and then the work couldn’t be completed because there had to be a healing process. So then I came back in January, all at convenience times to me which I really appreciate it. There was never any questions. Like it was whenever I could come, they could do it.
Q: What is your general impression of the dentist or the clinic itself?
A: Well. I am a health care professional myself. I’m a nurse. So I can really appreciate the professionalism of everyone. The problem at an appointment, the fact that if something does not go as expected, the dentist will come on their time off to correct the problem. And I like the fact that you can move through the clinic when there is any long waiting periods. It just seems to fun very smoothly and efficiently. At the same time passionately and professionally. And as a healthcare professional I can really say that!"
